“I did not stay as it was too far from town centre, as I did not have a car, also no public transport and I knew there was no one at premises unless I phoned and I did not have a roaming phone. I would not have booked had I knew how far it was from town centre, also it was an isolated lace.”

“Pro: staff is great, as good as it gets Cons: there is no way that this hotel has gained an “excellent” score according to most guests. As others mention, outdated rooms, lack of maintenance, huge stains all over the carpet on the corridors, dubious cleanliness, and the dirtiest water pool I’ve ever seen. ”

“Room was dirty, had mosquitos getting in from window cracks and even a lizard. Self checkin was inconvenient and everything required a taxi for travel, nothing walkable. Shower had a heater but was like warm at best. Fridge froze our food, and the mattress we could feel the coils when trying to sleep. Room looked nothing like the picture as it had stained walls and was not kept up.”

“Magnífico hotel el Langkawi. Moderno con excelente personal y servicios.”

“Excelente hotel, personas y una playa fantástica ”

“Ei aamupalaa tarjolla, eikä voi ostaa. Henkilökunta vaihtelevasti mukavaa ja auttavaa. ”

“The customer service was good. We had a bit of an incident when my husband and I were swimming at the beach and we’re about to go back to our lounge chair,he was stung by a small “stingray”. I called someone from the resort for help and a guy walked with a first aid kit but seems like he doesn’t know what to do. He didn’t even administer first aid or look at it. They offered to drive us to the nearest clinic”
