"En la noche de mi llegada descubri que NO habia agua caliente por una falla en la caldera y no me dijeron nada al registrarme. Al preguntar me dijeron que a las 7 am la estarian reparando, pero no fue asi. La mañana siguiente al preguntar me dijeron que el tecnico llegaria a las 9 am y no sabian por que me habian dado ese horario de la reparacion. Total que mi familia (somos 5) tuvimos que soportar un baño con agua fria. El sofa cama esta TERRIBLE: viejo, sucio, incomodo y fue imposible retornarlo a su posicion de sofa (incluso ni el porsonal del hotel pudo hacerlo). Me ofrecieron una habitacion adicional sin costo para compensar El desayuno caliente bastante malo y sin sabor: preferimos tomar cereal y pan tostado. En general el hotel requiere una remodelacion urgente: se quedo antiguo y feo. El unico punto positivo es la amabilidad del personal NO VOLVERE A QUEDARME EN ESTE HOTEL NUNCA"
