“The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time.”

“This is our 2nd time staying at this cabin and we absolutely LOVE it. It is the perfect cabin, in the perfect location. The drive up the road to the cabin is absolutely beautiful. Hosts are extremely quick to respond and helpful. Plenty of space, with 4 beds, and has everything you need. We stayed for over a week and we were able to see the lights from the cabin on this trip multiple times! What an amazing thing to walk outside to. “The hotel is not hotel, they are like apartments and the rooms doesn’t have a heater, so is a little cold there! You can’t see the northern lights from there, you need to pay the tour. There is only 1 restaurant there, sometimes is so busy and the waiting time is like 1 hour. The blonde guy on the reception sometimes doesn’t know what he is doing, he was charging extra $$ every transaction. ”

“I pay for high speed internet but the wifi dont work, so bad because I take this hotel cuz have "wifi" then I try to use the phone to talk to reception but both phones in bathroom and room not working, my bed have a lot of hair, long hairs every where, in the pilows and restroom and like a pet, dor or cat hair, a lot! No remote for TV!!! That sucks, is cheap but now I can understand why!!”
