“Great for families. Location is perfect. Space was very clean. Balcony cant be used as freely as it is facing right at the parking entrance, so a lot of cars pass by as you are trying to sit and relax. Also every evening around 6 pm the closest elevator went under maintenance for some time(we stayed for 4 nights and it happened every night). This caused a hastle as the other elevator is a bit of a walk. Other than this, the stay was great.”

“Check-in was done via message. Was provided with building door code and room door code. Room itself is very small but fully functional. There was king bed, smart tv, fridge, microwave, full bathroom. With 2 people and bags the room was pretty full. No complaints on room. I’m not in Canmore to sit in a hotel anyway Parking around hotel is difficult if you’re back too late. We use pedal bikes in Canmore so we found good parking around 5pm. Would definitely book again.”

“This could be one of the best condos in Canmore with beautiful mountain views and a spacious suite. Unfortunately the suite was not properly cleaned with dishes in the cupboard having caked-on-food, the underside of the bed full of dust bunnies an a piece of cutlery and food and crumbs on the floor. The furniture needs to be replaced as it is not as shown on the site and is not comfortable for sitting in its current state.”

“The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis.”
