“Always good to stay at Cow Lake. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. Cabin could use an update and add a few amenities to the room like shampoo, body wash, and better hand soap for the bathroom, an initial supply of coffee & coffee filters. The General store has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Wifi and TV was great. Lots of space. Our pups were very comfortable. Nice quiet spot if you are looking for a friendly place to hang out. ”

“This is honestly the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. The hotel itself is beautiful and iconic, and the rooms are very nice. However, the Gatehouse building is far from what I would consider a 5-star experience — the common areas and even the hallways clearly need renovation. Nothing that ruins your stay, but it definitely doesn’t match the Fairmont luxury standard. What truly disappointed me is the lack of security: any tourist can freely access the Living Room and common areas,...

“Half the light bulbs were burnt out . Snow wasn’t shovellled off deck . Phone didn’t work . Chairs were very uncomfortable in room . Big equipment was parked sideways in the parking stalls so couldn’t park in stall in front of room . . Hallway was so hot you could hardly stand it . Restaurant closed . Tv terrible , hard to figure out and hardly any channels . Staff not very helpful . Pop machine empty and snack machine almost empty . Bed was fairly comfortable and heat worked good...

“Jody was very responsive and great to communicate with. Condo was well stocked! Everything was clean and neat and the pool and hot tub were amazing! Very close to town, easy 5 min walk! Would recommend and would stay here again! thank you!!”

“Place was as advertised. Comfy beds (hide a bed not so much) and pillows. Kitchen had enough things for us to cook Thanksgiving supper. Good quality TV. No view of the mountains but that was expected. Property is nice. Prefer outdoor pool/hot tub but the ones here were good. ”
