“This is honestly the first time I’ve ever written a negative review. The hotel itself is beautiful and iconic, and the rooms are very nice. However, the Gatehouse building is far from what I would consider a 5-star experience — the common areas and even the hallways clearly need renovation. “Even that I told I bought my lift tickets before coming to the hotel, they charged me the amount of lifts of every day that I stayed. That’s absurd and I complained to them, however I needed to drive to Calgary and I was running out of time.
