“The house was clean and obviously newly renovated. Good queen beds. plenty of places to put your stuff. three TVs great refrigerator, dishes, stoves, and a coffee maker that takes Keurig ! Easy to get to right off the Main Street but on a on a quiet and with places to walk to or drive if you wish great little town. Kevin was very responsive when I asked for an item. I couldn’t find brought it down and left it on the porch for us cause we were still out overall great stay! ”

She replied quickly to any questions and even gave us some fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Erie. ”

“We loved staying at the Gem house for our little mini vacation! The location was absolutely perfect and was so centralized and close to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved having a beautiful back yard for the kids to run around and loved being able to have a bonfire! House was completely stocked with everything we needed, extremely clean, and Glee was amazing to communicate with! ”

“My granddaughter & I had a fun chilly May weekend in Edinboro celebrating her 13th birthday! Boro Bungalow is so pretty, was more space than we needed & had everything for us from a whistling tea kettle to comfy beds. We enjoyed (short 5 minute) “walk to peaceful lake & Bagel Shop “drive to town for lively Edinboro Music & Art Festival, good spots to eat (recommend Flips) & small shops, gas stations, CVS.
