Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained everything was. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, and every little detail inside the cabin made it feel warm and welcoming. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back!

This place is adorable. The host set it up for us ahead of time so we were greeted warmly with the fire on and a lovely Winter Wonderland on the screen. Host was very responsive on a difficult weather weekend. Cabin is well appointed with a beautiful new bathroom.

Everything was fantastic. The fire was going when we arrived. Hot tub was on. The cabin is extremely clean and well equipped. I highly recommend.

The house was very relaxing, well decorated (for Christmas), and just right for our anniversary weekend.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of privacy. The hot tub is nice, but the windows don't have any blinds to, in the very least, close for the windows that face the street that is about 5 feet away. The bathroom has a window in the shower, but only the bottom of the window has a frosted cover, meaning you just have to hope that the steam of the shower at least partially obscures you while showering since the bathroom light has to be on so the shower fan works. The master bedroom has 2 windows that had fairly translucent drapes on them, so we ended up hanging some blankets over them for some privacy while in there.All-in-all, it was a lovely house that could just use a little more privacy.

Great little cabin that’s perfect for a short weekend getaway from the city. Highly recommend for couples. Tons of things to do nearby, and the community is nice and quiet. Can’t wait to go back!

Honeymoon

We went to the Poconos for our Honeymoon. The cabin was beautiful, clean, there was a personal welcome message on the chalk board inside the front door. We enjoyed the hot tub, we stayed at another place and there was a lift to help move the hot tub cover off after you flipped it halfway. Upset that it is located inside a gated community, which wasn't disclosed in the listing.

Quaint Cabin

While our individual experience was met with weather circumstances beyond anyone’s control, the experience in relation to Devin and the cabin was great. The communication was timely and helpful.The only drawback we found was the hot tub room could use a little more privacy in that there are windows on all sides and it’s rather close to the neighbors.Our goal was rustic but close to civilization, which the cabin provided. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, we were unable to stay for the duration of our booking. But I would definitely book again if I plan to be in the area.

Wonderful getaway

My partner and I needed to get out of the city for a few days, and this was a wonderful spot for that. Relaxing in the hot tub was a definite highlight. The cabin itself was nice and cozy. We'll def look into this spot again. Also, check-in instructions and communication were excellent and the host was very responsive.

Exceptional!

There's an attention to detail here which makes this property stand out from the rest: from the fully appointed kitchen with cooking vessels and utencils, to the bed linens, extra blankets and pillows. It's truly a spot that's Cozy, comfortable and full of charm! The upstairs sleeping loft also provides a wonderful additional group space for movie watching!

Winter Playground

My best friend and I just loved the location and the cuteness of the Gingerbread. So close to many winter activities which made this location perfect for us. We snow tubed, went skiing and took a hike. Having the hot tub for us older folks was a huge bonus! It’s a great hot tub! We also used the BBQ grill twice. The upper loft is so super cozy warm and the large bean bags were just so comfortable to watch movies and play trivia on. We just created so many memories here at the Gingerbread and have already discussed coming back again next year. Thank you Devin. This was a perfect vacation.

Fantastic Winter Getaway

My wife and I had some time off before the holidays and booked a stay at the Gingerbread to get into the Christmas spirit before all the Christmas chaos. It was a wonderful mini-vacation. We spent three days at the cabin and used two of the days to make day trips to go to the Bethlehem Christmas Market and get some snow tubing in. It was pretty chilly during our stay (with the snow adding to the Christmas vibe) so having the warm cabin and the hot tub to go back to was extra special. Highly recommend the Gingerbread for a quiet getaway!
