INSIDE:
Enter through the main side entrance from the private driveway and step into a bright, elegant interior with a cozy, all-white modern design. To the right, discover the spacious primary bedroom featuring a TV, ample closet space, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. To the left, a hallway leads you to a full bathroom with a beautiful freestanding tub. Adjacent is the owner's locked closet. On the right side of the hall, you'll find two guest bedrooms—one with a full-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed, both with closet space. At the end of the hall, the space opens into a welcoming open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer and dryer, and the dining area seats six around a round table. The living room features a comfortable couch, smart TV, and cozy chairs facing a gas fireplace. Step through to the front porch with a small outdoor couch and coffee table, offering a serene partial lake view framed by trees.

BACKYARD:
The beautifully designed backyard is also accessible through the sliding door in the primary bedroom. Relax in style with outdoor furniture surrounding a pellet stove, a gas BBQ, and an outdoor TV. Unwind in the wood-burning hot tub or the private wood-burning sauna. Enjoy evenings by the firepit, surrounded by stylish benches and a charming swing set.
