Whole place, including my room, smells of bleach, cigarette, and old food. The staff is very very nice, I see they try hard. The building is old, possibly due for renovation, but the staff is great.

Check in and check out were great. The employees were friendly and courteous. The first room had dirty sheets but I had no issues with changing rooms. The second room was cleaner.

Sketchy place. Some guys were taking stuff from the window from the room to their truck. The young girl at front desk didn’t say a word while checking in. She didn’t seem like she cared either about the guys entering through the window. The room was filthy. Black long hairs all over. The sheets and bedding were dirty. Floor was full of dirt/crumbs. Sink wasn’t clean. Toilet was disgusting. You can hear EVERYTHING from the people staying next to us or in the hallways. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Dog show
I enjoy staying there because of the beautiful view of the mountain. The staff is always very nice. Everything seems to be really clean. And I go there for a dog show and they don't charge me for the dog. That's always nice.

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER
The rooms were dirty, run down, and broken tiles on the floors. The person at the front desk " Annie Patel" was EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. When I arrived the room I was given was VERY DIRTY, there was food crumbs everywhere and hairs all over the bathroom and tub. When I asked to have the room cleaned they just gave me another room. We moved to the second room, as I laid in bed a funny smell was being coming into the room. After 15 minutes of sitting in the room a big spark generated from the light fixture and a cloud of smoke. The lights shorted out and a possible fire hazard was waiting to happen. Again I went to the front desk and let the manager know what had happened and asked to get another room, she refused and told me that I needed to leave the property "NOW" and she WAS NOT going to give me another room. I had to call the Police and get them involved because she was determined to kick me out that night. The Fire Department also showed up and after inspection, determined that the room was unsave and should NOT be used. After confronting the Manager with Police at my side, she still gave me a hard time with giving me another room. This lady "Annie Patel" has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS nor ANY good ways to treat guests. SHE is a person NO ONE should have at a business that deals with people.. ZERO people skills. After the Police talked to her, she finally gave in and gave me another room, which was also very uncomfortable.

Black mold on Jaccuzi tub jets. Very old and tired hotel. Skimpy towels and only had one in my room, had to ask for second one. King bed was very hard.

Our rooms when we arrived were not ready, but with a little work, the front desk changed our reservation to two other rooms that worked equally well, which were ready. The stay was quiet and the rooms were clean. Grounds were clean and neat.
