“Great location & a cute space! The patio & hot tub area is lovely & relaxing!”

“Host was very accommodating, was just an awesome cozylittle mountain in the mountains with access to acute little lake!!!! Thanks!!”

“Everything from the listing was accurate and lived up to the pictures. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is a very peaceful getaway spot!”

“We recently stayed at Sweet Haven while looking for a house to purchase in the Maryville area. It was the perfect location. Everything was just as you would expect in a VRBO, clean, very comfortable beds in wonderfully large bedrooms, well appointed kitchen. The front porch was my favorite place. Communication with the host was seamless and we would definitely stay here in the future.”

“I enjoyed the tiny train car. The owners are great and the property is beautiful. The only thing that bothered me was the very high security deposit that did not appeared on the Expedia website but came in later in an email.”

“Location was a quiet getaway that was close enough to downtown to take breaks on our vacation if needed. Very clean (minus dusty fans/bathroom fans and a shower drain that wouldn’t clear quickly but they offered to fix while there but we declined). Prompt responses from them with anything that came up. Could probably use more padding on the beds but I might just be old and everything hurts. The 2 bathrooms for a girl’s trip was nice! Everything was orderly. Watch for deer on your drives in and...

“Such a cute place to stay! Very clean and good communication with the owner. We did have an issue with getting hot water for showers, but finally got it warm enough that we could get in.”

Far from the hectic tourist experience but surprisingly close in terms of distance this location defines the term “ peaceful retreat” . Set in acres of open meadow and offering views that memories are made from, the barn itself is beautifully crafted with an interior that offers a thoughtful and comforting space to the weary traveler. The surroundings are everything that we imagine of the Appalachian...

“Nice and clean accommodations. Everything was as expected with no issues.”

“It's a small house that has a little age on it, but it is very clean. The water pressure was very strong. Privacy was just what we wanted. Hot tub was plenty big.A very good value.”

“I would highly recommend staying at this property. Impeccably clean. Everything that you need is there. The porch is to die for. I would live on that porch if I lived in that property. Everything was just so comfortable. The owners were incredible and their communication was superb. If you are ever in this area of Tennessee, you've got to stay here. It was so incredibly peaceful.”

“Pros: The location of this property was close to family and suited my budget well. It's a cute little two-bedroom one-bath home that has been renovated. The kitchen is beautifully modern and bright. There is no dining table, but a couple of stools at a tall counter are available. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating. The bath is beautifully appointed with lovely tile and a modern shower. The main bedroom has a king memory foam mattress which felt to be medium firm. There is a...
