“Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. The accommodation is clean and modern and the host very welcoming.Due to the wording in the description, I thought I was staying in an apartment within a townhouse that consisted of the bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one of which was not en-suite so was shared among us), kitchen, balcony and parking.The description of the host being a welcoming family with a dog, I thought was the simply part of the hosts profile....

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...
