“This is the perfect place to stay when visiting SUNY Geneseo. Lovely room, charming overall vibe. Sit down breakfast from 8-10a, really well done. And the kicker: a superb brew pub right next door, mellow not rowdy. Really glad we stayed here and will be back!”

“We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that.”

“Decent stay for the price. Good service, clean. Just may need an updating with the carpet and the you could see the outside light around the entire door frame, lol. Bed linens and towels were clean. Room had a basement kind of smell but it was an old building so kind of expected that. Definitely served the purpose for the night. ”
