“The house is divided on 3 floors. 4 toilets and 3 showers (1 without hot water). 4 seperate bedrooms. 1 bedroom in the basement with only small window and little fresh air. Good kitchen area with outside BBQ. About 10 minute drive from Vence centre. Quite basic.”

“The location was perfect. It was really easy to walk to the station for trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc. We also walked to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is quiet and very well equipped. We used the pool every day.”

“Prijs/kwaliteit was dit alles behalve oké. Op de website staat dat er airconditioning aanwezig is, maar dat is niet waar. De kamers waren dan ook veel te warm! Er zijn 2 huiskatten waar je voor moet zorgen. Dit staat ook nergens vermeld. De keuken ruikt dan ook naar kattenvoer. Tijdens het inchecken wordt ook vriendelijk gevraagd om alle planten regelmatig water te geven. Het terras is te klein om samen te zitten, terwijl het wel een huis is voor 6 personen. Het huis is oud en ruikt niet fris…...

“We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this wonderful property belonging to Remy and Jacqueline. Everything from start to finish was superb. The property itself has a fantastic location with incredible views to the beautiful Saint Paul De Vence. We feel very privileged to have stayed in such a historic house with so much history and gorgeous landscaped gardens. Remy and Jacqueline could not do anymore to make us welcome and help in any way. “A fantastic villa perfect for our girls trip away. Convenient to Nice and the surrounding area with a bus stop right across the road if you wish to use public transport.
