“Five of us stayed in this house in May 2025. It was in a great location for us-1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to two grocery stores, 10 min walk to lots of restraints and shopping, 15 min walk to the train at Nice-Ville. There are three awesome bakeries next door or close by. The house was exactly as advertised. Everything was great. No issues at all and Andrea was great to deal with. ”

“Nous avons passé un court et bon séjour dans cet immeuble charmant de 4 appartements en plein cœur du Vieux Nice. Chaque appartement est équipé de la climatisation et du WiFi fibre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour confortable. Sabine nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité, ce qui a tout de suite mis une belle ambiance. Les appartements sont bien aménagés. Il faut monter quelques marches pour accéder aux appartements, ce qui demande un peu de souffle, mais honnêtement,...

“Nathalie has done a wonderful job refurbishing this property. Her styling of the home was tasteful and beautiful. The home itself sits high on a hill, and hence there are stairs to climb. However every step is worth it for the beautiful views across the rooftops to the ocean. The outdoor space is private, shady and comfortable. I encourage anyone wanting to rent a property in Nice to look at Nathlie's place. The photos do not do it justice.”

“Great property, though in need of some maintenance. Comfortable bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and spacious living area. Very convenient location with easy access to the centre via public transport!”

“Mooie woning die volledig voldoet aan de omschrijving en de foto´s. De ligging vind ik persoonlijk iets minder. Bakkerij en supermarkt liggen ongeveer 3 km van de woning. Eigenlijk zit je een beetje ver weg van alles en is de auto een must. Maar..daar krijg je wel een prachtig zicht en een heel rustige buurt voor in de plaats. Het is een beetje een keuze die je zelf maakt natuurlijk. Maar al bij al een fantastische vakantie gehad. Bedankt Interhome !”

“Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten hohe Außentemperaturen, jedoch konnten wir dank der Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei angenehmen Temperaturen sehr gut schlafen. Zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, so dass man das Auto getrost stehen lassen kann. Der letzte Bus bis fast zum Haus fährt allerdings kurz nach 20 Uhr,...

“Great location and view of Mediterranean. However, no one met us or sent us instructions on how to get into the apartment or how to get wi-fi. Scant towels, uncomfortable beds, no paper towels, etc. In the end we were satisfied because of the accessibility to Old Town. Too expensive for what was provided.”

“We stayed for 5 nights. Lovely location, very close to the tram. Bathroom could use new towels. All problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. Very responsive host. ”

The host was very welcoming and also gave us a list and explanation of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was also 5-10 min from the beach and very close to the city center. Ubicación y comodidad

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Tienen a una cuadra un parking de fácil acceso. La habitación que tuvimos fue una triple, amplia y muy cómoda. Todo bien cuidado, limpia, la vista era directamente a la iglesia de la acera de enfrente, y ya que estábamos en el piso 5 la vista era linda. La atención de Nizar a nuestra llegada fue excepcional, muy amable nos ayudó a instalarnos y sentirnos bienvenidos a pesar que llegamos muy tarde al check in. La distancia de todas las principales actividades de la ciudad están a pocos minutos a pie desde el hotel. "

Excelente localizacion

"La localizacion del hotel es de primera, y cerca de muchos lugares turisticos, tren y restaurantes. La bienvenida y despedida no ron para nada acogedoras. La joven en el counter me indico que me cobrarian el tax de la ciudad y no me indico la cantidad. Tuve que preguntarle y aun asi me respondio con un numero general. Ni las gracias recibi por el caballero al momento fe hacer check out. Fue muy poco cortes. La cama fue muy dura e incomoda. Los "springs" Del mattress me ocasionaban dolor y en las mañanas me levantaba adolorida. Me quede 2 semanas y tuve que solicitar que me cambiaran las sabanas a la semana. La habitacion quedaba al interior cosa que no me molesto porque no tuve ruidos para dormir. Habia agua 24 horas."
