“We loved coming back from a challenging day of hiking to a quiet place off the beaten track. It was a joy to escape the touristy Bryce Canyon City with poor restaurants. We enjoyed the restaurants in Hatch the best. If you don't fly and can bring your own cuisine or buy and prepare meals from the grocery store it's a better option. Watching the birds, prairie dogs, wesels, deer, and cattle was enjoyable.”
