The hotel was at an amazing location, right next to the grocery shop and metro station that goes conveniently to the city center and the airport. The staff was very polite and welcoming, the facilities were clean and modern.

Lage sehr gut, Verbindung zur Innenstadt via Metro sehr einfach. Check in sehr freundlich. Frühstück äußerst angenehm, Zimmer könnten ein Update vertragen. Parkplatz einfach zu erreichen.

Uvenlig modtagelse. Slidt værelse. Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes. Havde tydeligt været defekt i længere tid. Fik ny værelse efter reklamation. På det nye værelse virkede bruserens blandingsbatteri ikke. Enten iskoldt eller skoldhed vand.

Rommet var ikke klart da vi skulle sjekke inn og vi måtte vente en stund før vi fikk rommet. De ønsket ikke gi oss et annet rom, selv om det nesten ikke var gjester der. Det reklameres med innendørs basseng, men når vi kommer får vi beskjed om at bassenget er stengt. Dusjhodet fungerer ikke, sluket i dusjen var tett slik at man fikk oversvømmelse hver gang man gikk i dusjen. Frokosten var god. Har flere gode opplevelser med Radisson, og må si dette var en skuffelse.

Iskold pool. Trænger til en upgrade.
Jeg skulle bare ha’ en overnatning med min søn et sted med indendørs pool. Personalet påstod vandet var 26c varmt, det var det ikke i nærheden af at være. Måtte droppe det og min søn og jeg måtte bare nøjes med at være på det udslidte rum. Der var flere i omklædningen der var utilfredse også over poolens kolde vand.

Scammers
Had to book twice the same nights after needing a trip extension, and impossible to get a refund for the 2 nights that were already booked. Do not waste your time or money there. Oh, and the pool is not working, nor the spa. Of course you'll know it only after getting there, and after they got your money. Scammers.

Udmærket hotel, men trænger til vedligehold. Ved første øjekast ser det fint ud, men når man kigger nærmere er der hakker og fugtskader på dørene, vinduer af ældre dato, som ikke holder lyd ude, morgenmaden er en stor, lækker buffet men af bakeoff, frostvarer.

Jeg tjekker ind hos den sødeste og meget hjælpsomme kvinde. kommer op på værelset, hvor jeg ser der mangler håndklæder. Jeg går i receptionen og nu står der en mand, der ligner han på ingen måde gider være på arbejde. Han henter et håndklæde og lægger det på disken, hvorefter jeg spørger efter et mere da vi er to der er tjekket ind. Han kommer med et mere, og ingen små håndklæder. Jeg beder om de små håndklæder også, og han siger han vil få fat i housekeeping. De håndklæder kommer dog aldrig. Han bidrog ikke til det var en god oplevelse. Til morgenmaden var der ingen der tjekkede vores værelse, så om alle har betalt for morgenmad vides ikke. Lækker juice, lækre boller og godt udvalg ellers til morgenmaden.
