“Easy to find with everything you need within walking distance. Could not believe it was so close to the town with such a rural garden and feel about the property and garden. We felt so at home. It had more mod cons than we are used to, so it felt like a holiday. Wish we could have had more time away from our farm and animals to enjoy the property and new forest even more”

“The cottage was lovely, clean and fresh. There was attention to detail with the welcome hamper, dog treats and bowls and having washing tabs etc all at ease was great. The communication was good with Jane from Mudhuts responding to any of our queries before and throughout our stay.We very much enjoyed the woodlands, literally on the doorstep, and were lucky that for most of our stay the weather was dry so we could be out and about. “Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very clean and incredibly well stocked. Loved the opportunity to try the fresh milk! We appreciated the smart tv. It would have been nice to be permitted to drop off our luggage for a couple of hours prior to check in since it is a residential neighborhood but we managed until check in time. Met by deers in the fields prancing.. and lovely sunsets.Warm and cosy with everything you would expect. Thought the air fryer was a good extra. Water flow off and on but Sandy gave us the heads up. Location suited us... between Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Lovely stay, really quiet in the accommodation and nearby. We stayed for a little weekend break, lovely area nearby with so many walks and areas to walk round. Dark skies right nearby, 20 minutes walk up onto the hills if you’re into star gazing etc. would stay there again and recommend wholeheartedly. Doug was great and very friendly. ”
