Great location with easy access to Anacortes, Whidbey Island and many other area attractions. View from the property is spectacular and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

Incredibly relaxing, beautiful property with an amazing view. Communication with the host was excellent- very responsive and accommodating. Hoping to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Peaceful

We loved our stay here. Very clean and comfortable space, with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed watching the sea lions and kingfishers in the morning too.

Our hosts were very communicative and answered any questions we had very quickly. Additionally, the home is SO comfortable and has everything one could possibly need! Would absolutely recommend, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for a great stay!

This little hideaway is just beautiful and so comfortable in every way. Diane and Rich were excellent hosts and were so responsive. Hospitality was shown on every level and we lived are stay here.

From the beautiful vistas through the picture windows to the garden patio with the fire pit, everything was perfect! Kingfisher Cover Hideaway felt private and tucked into the trees which provided views of birds and sea life. A great place to unwind and reconnect. We recommend it to anyone looking for that special place to make new memories! A wonderful place to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary!
There was a slight mist out on the water the second morning.
There are so many little sculptures tucked here and there. See if you can find this one.
Breakfast on the morning of our anniversary. Small but easy to use kitchen provided all the tools we needed to cook our meals.
A little overcast on the last day but still a beautiful sight right on the patio.

House hunting trip

Looking to buy a house in the Anacortes area and saw this beautiful accommodation nearby. The actual place was exactly as advertised and in my mind better than I expected. So peaceful and secluded right on the water. It has made it hard to find anything that compares. I will be back.

Fantastic home, fantastic homeowners, and fantastic stay! We stayed two nights at Kingfisher, and it was absolutely wonderful. The cozy and well-appointed home, the views, and the wildlife all made for an enjoyable and memorable stay. This little tucked away spot on the bluff feels secluded in nature, yet is conveniently close to town. Our favorites were watching the tide come in and out, the jellyfish, and searching for seals - bring binoculars for added seal-watching fun! We also saw crabs, kingfishers, garter snakes, and as a special treat, Elsie Mae the elephant seal at a nearby bay - thanks Diane for the tip! 10 out of 10!

What a peaceful stay. The accommodations were very comfortable and the grounds were beautiful with the flowers lining the pathway and the views of the water. We only stayed overnight, but utilized as much as we could including the outdoor firepit and the quick trail leading to the water. Thanks for the hospitality.
