Mal hotel, feo sucio, mal olor, caro para lo que ofrece, personal sin buen trato al cliente, la terminal de tarjetas no funcionó, ofrecen transporte al aeropuerto, pero ya ahi nos informo que eso es MENTIRA

Deben poner screenes en las ventanas al no tener aire en el cuarto las ventas abiertas entran muchos insectos y ruido dónde es difícil dormir constantes personas en entrada dándole al lugar inseguridad y temor a los usuarios del Hotel.

We pulled into the parking lot and seen the building was boarded up. The officers patrolling the property told us the place had been raided for drug traffic by the FBI. Expedia is waiting to hear the hotels side of the story before we get a refund.

Das Hotel wurde vor circa einer Woche geschlossen, alle Fenster sind mit Brettern vernagelt und die Tür ist mit schlössern gesichert. Ich gehe ja nicht davon aus, dass mir die übernachtungsgebühr belastet wurde. Es war schlimm genug, nach 10 Stunden Flug auf die schnelle eine ersatzübernachtung zu finden!!!!

This property is a residence for people down on their luck, it is managed and maintained for that purpose, not for the unsuspecting traveling public. Don’t stay here.

Warning. I booked this thru Expida. Within minutes I was solicited. I would not get out of the car as a man. I have pictures. Junk hanging out of windows. People loitering everywhere. Prostitution would be a good guess. I have wrote the hotel several times. No reply

I was warned by every taxi driver that I had that I had chosen the worst property in Anchorage to stay at. And they were right. Gunshots at night, vagrants around every door and window. In worked in a pinch for last minute accommodations, but I will never return. Far too much of a safety risk to stay at the Chelsea Inn.

It has taken me a few days to put my thoughts together about my experience. When coming from the airport, my Lyft driver asked if I was serious about staying at the Chelsea. Having never been to Anchorage, I had no idea and said it was probably fine. Pulling into the parking lot, there were at least 5 cars with people either living in them, or dealing something out of them. I hesitantly walked to the unmarked front door, only to open it to find two people clearly setting up lines of something on the table. I shut the door and walked out. When the door shut, some lady walked up clearly upset that the door had latched. I stood there trying to sort out what was going on. The door reopened and one of the people I'd walked in on said to come on in (this was about 4 minutes later). The driver, who had stayed to be sure I was safe, asked if I wanted to leave and I asked to be taken somewhere else. As we walked back to the car, another random guy with no teeth and clearly on something (I worked in a recovery agency for years and know the signs) said, "Girl, you don't want to be here. It isn't safe. Especially at night." Having no luck finding anything in the area, I returned to the airport and slept on the bench. THAT was a safer option. I've never had an experience like that and if there were an option for a negative number of stars, I'd choose that. Revolting. Unsafe. Unlike anything I've ever seen, and nothing like its promotional materials.

We never went in. Person opened front door about 4 inches asking if we had reservation. We said yes, he shut door and started yelling at someone. Fans were in the windows. Then someone was swearing out one window. We left. It didnt feel safe

This is no motel, this ia whack shack with homeless people loitering around, prostitution and drugs sale going even in bright daylight. Probably the best joint in town if you are looking for trouble.

There were at least 7 homeless on the parking lot when we arrived and we went to do our check in, but a homeless person was standing outside of the main door and he didnt move. When we decided to leave it was a person smoking on the window at least the window was opened. This is most like shelter and I know that because I work in one. Also, our car was full of camping stuff, and we dont want to take any risk. So we decide to looking for another hotel. It was very challenging because was Saturday. However, we preferred to paid more, and feel safe. Then, I spoke to someone from Expedia for partial refund and they called the hotel who mentioned that the policy is strict which I understand, but we booked 2 nights and what about the other night.

drug hotel. people doing drugs, outside, in the lobby, in the hallway, the staff are on drugs. If you like meth or fentanyl and feeling unsafe stay here. Woke up and as soon as I stepped out the door a lady was nodding off in the hallway. This place should be shut down and not recommended on any travel site.

Well, we didn't stay at this hotel in Alaska. I canceled my reservations but couldn't get any refund. Booked for 3 nights, I called for cancellation on first day/night. They could have charged me for one day no problem, but they charged us the whole for 3 days! I used Expedia back after a long time not using it but even Expedia couldn't help out! Basically, we were ripped off!!!

They didn't have my res. Had to find another motel for more. Homeless hangout in parking lot. A guest already checked in came down to desk to have them sweep and mop floor in his room. Terrible is a compliment for them. I would like a refund.

I never saw a room or bathroom because the owner/manager, who let me in through the bolted front door, said that she would feel uncomfortable renting to me. My Uber driver was hesitant to leave me there. The owner agreed that I not be charged. I walked a block and found a guest house. I'd like my refund and for Expedia to remove this "Inn" from your listings.

I saw the reviews, I knew what I was getting into. But the spot is beat. Slept with a knife in my hand, literally all night. Oogles knocking on my door all night looking for their whatever, NOT ME. I got out ok, but didn't leave my things alone more than 30 min. WORST part was the hot, STINKY room. FUNKY. Real funk. No fan. No window screen. No Ac. I just had to live with the bugs and the sound, THE CONSTANT trains rolling by. . coming in at a point. Too hot to live. I stayed a night and left. Roll the dice if you want. But place is a waiting nightmare. If you DON'T tangle with the locals, id be surprised. Rough trade. Gawd Speeeeeeed. Nice dude at the desk. And No creepy crawlies in the room, which was shocking and a nice surprise!!!! At least none I could see.
