Hello,I apologize for the service you received during your previous stay with us. Our staff are trained to do what they can to accommodate the needs of our guests. I have not heard of this incident or that we are telling our guest they do not get their belonging back. Please contact the hotel directly and ask for a manager on duty so we can get this resolved.
