Condo was exceptionally clean. Centrally located to restaurants, I-85 and event locations. It was a great weekend getaway. While we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool/lake, it would have been easy access to both. Beds were comfortable, sitting areas clean and kitchen stocked with all essentials. Very pleased with our stay!

Great location and condo

Overall, very nice place. The condo is very well kept, the beds were comfortable and everything was taken care of. If it was just the condo. This would be a five star rating.The reason it’s not Is The dock definitely needs fixed. It’s not this property owners fault as it’s the community, but it’s something that it’s not safe to go on. The community pool was nice, but it wasn’t very clean.Did hear that they have new owners of the whole complex so hopefully these things get fixed because the condo itself was great

Quick Overnight

My son & I were in town for my nieces graduation festivities so it was literally a place to rest our heads shower & go then repeat. The unit was nice, clean & well equipped for a longer stay for sure and I would stay here again. We were crunched for time getting in & needing to get freshened up before going out, I messaged the owner to be sure it would be ready at 4. She messaged back, said she had checked with the cleaner-it was ready and we could arrive early. That was so very helpful in our situation and much appreciated!

Great location and comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend with 2 families. The condo is basic but clean and well-stocked with linens and anything else that you need. It is convenient to Clemson and Anderson areas.

Holly Jolly & Birthday Bash

We enjoy staying at this property for the location and ease of getting to the Holly Jolly event and all of the restaurants and shopping! There were five of us who stayed at the property. There were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and lots of space for sitting in the living room area! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone out there that is looking for easy access to all of the places that (Anderson) has to offer!

Perfect for weekend getaway

Unit was very clean and modern. Appreciate that linens/towels and small toiletries were included, along with toilet paper and paper towel to get you started. Our stay was very short but was perfect for after the game at Clemson. Very convenient and plenty of places to eat close by! Would definitely stay again!

Mini lake stay

During our stay we enjoyed the club house, with a pool table, outdoor 4’ swimming pool and weight room . The condo was very well equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, extra towels and toiletries. The walk to the lake was quite long and very steep. Carrying a kayak up and down the hill wasn’t an option for us. When you get to the lake you have to walk around a rocky area to get in, or jump off the end of dock. The internet connection was very spotty. It to hard watch tv because it kept going out. This could have been the location. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our host Kate was very easy to communicate with.
