“No nos quedamos en esa propiedad, tuvimos que irnos a los 20 minutos de llegar, hacia mucho frío y no había agua caliente ni calefacción, las calles para llegar son muy peligrosa y son montañas que el carro que rente no podía subir y la calles son muy estrecha. En esa montaña no hay un lugar donde comprar comida.. es un lugar que está muy alejado del centro y para llegar al lugar se pasa mucha trabajo !! Cancele desde que llegue y solo me hicieron un reembolso de $697 cuando la casa costó $1565 ...

“We have mixed feeling about the place. The pictures make it look very large/capacious but the space was quite tight. we were 12 people and the house sleeps 16 but we felt we were constantly on top of each other. The house is 4 stories so lots of creaky stairs. Noise carries easily so tough to sleep. water pipes make unusual noise. one of the showers leaks into the bedroom. upstairs bedroom had a bed bug.hostess ( Manuela ) was great and responds quickly. She also speaks English/writes well...

“This was the worst experience I ever had booking a vacation. I booked the reservation in early August. Constantly tried to communicate with the host for couple of months and didn't get any response. Two days before my travel date the host contacted me and told me they couldn't honor my reservation. They said they had an alternate rental but it didn't accommodate our group. We had to make adjustments on our end to make the trip work. When we arrived to the private hotel there were other guest...
