“Many little things around the house that affected the overall aesthetics. It was very challenging to sleep, due to a very busy street located less than 100 feet away. Making the left turn into the street at night was very difficult at times. Extremely convenient location to Lake Jordan. Close proximity to RDU. Great variety of restaurants located nearby. ”

“This was a convenient location near the Raleigh fairgrounds and art museum.The condo, and development are an older location. The unit itself is in good condition, but there were some things that were in need of fixing. I suggest fixing the bathroom fan and improving the upstairs shower. Also, it may help to have the ventillation ducts cleaned”
