Pleasant Friendly
It was a very pleasant stay. Only thing we were uncomfortable because there was no chain to double lock the door.

They didn’t clean our room and we went to look for somebody to come and clean the room. Building was in bad condition and sheets were itchy.

Even though the property was under the process of upgrades, it was very nice, very clean room and VERY comfortable bed! A/C worked extremely well! We’ve already decided to stay at this hote when visiting this area! 😊

Just wanted a good nights sleep
Motel had no record of my reversion. Had to give my credit card again ( hope I’m not charged twice). First key would not open door, second key would not open door, manager key would not work. Moved to another room. New room, toilet leaks, sink leaks and TV will not turn on. 7:15am and lobby not open

The room key barley worked, we were stuck outside our room in the freezing rain. None of the doors closed properly, there was a stain on everything from the sheets to the lamp shades. The toilet kept filling and draining with water, emitting an annoyingly loud sound the entire time.

Check in was done at outside window, no way to be welcomed in lobby - middle of the afternoon. Room was as clean as it could be but very much in disrepair. Mildew in one corner of bathroom. Crack and hole in the middle of sink. If the BW up the street would have had availability, we would have been there - FOR THE SAME RATE. If you need to stay one night and basically only sleep (in an average bed), it alright, I guess.

You could tell room had been painted several times to cover water damage and mold. Shower curtain had mold. Sheets had stains. Waited for 25 min at desk for extra towels. Never got them. Didn’t expect much seeing as this was the last option. Still expect clean sheets at least. Won’t be staying here again. Location is excellent though I can’t lie about that.

It was not the greatest hotel to stay. The room was dirty, found nail clippings on the carpet. There was no latch to secure the door and my room was not cleaned when I was back that evening. By the time we left we had ran out of toilet paper and when asked for more towels, half of them were stained.

Clean & The AC was set to 74 so we walked in to a nice cool room after a hot day at the beach. Would stay here again.

Good trip. We had a wedding in Angleton to go to and didn’t want to make the drive back home. It was a nice stay.

Quick Trip
All we really needed to use the room for was sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were surprisingly warm. It was great having a mini fridge and a microwave in the room and the hotel is walking distance from 3 or 4 restaurants which was nice. My ONLY complaint was that our door was extremely hard to open. but i chalk that up to the renovations they're making on the property. I'd stay there again.

Great place to stay
I stay here regularly, about 1 a month or so. I tried other hotels but America's Best can't be beat when it comes to pricing. They have accommodated my needs everytime from flexible check in/out times to accepting my dog. Their newly renovated rooms are very cozy.

The room needed updated. Stool handle was brook. There was no mat for the tub shower. We went to breakfast and there was cat hair on the table we sat down at. There was a plate of cat food and a bowl of water there in plain site for the cat

Online pictures were NOT accurate. The room smelled musty and not fresh. There was no comforter on bed. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper. The caulking in the bathroom was lacking therefore making it look old and uncleaned. Didn't stay the night after all. Drove back home...2 hrs away after a wedding.
