This is by far my favorite hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff here are so welcoming, professional and kind. I felt comfortable and safe here throughout my stay.

Her yere yakın merkezi bir otel
Otelin yeri çok merkezi ve geniş alanları var. Hem Kızılay’a hem de Tunalı Hilmi’ye çok yakın. 2-3 km mesafede her tere ulaşılabiliyor. Otelin eski olduğu tadilat yapılmış olsa da hissediliyor. Dön makinesi 10-15sn geçince kendini kapatıyor. İlave iki fön makinesi getirildiği halde ikisi de aynı şekilde çalışmadı. Ekipmanlar pasla eskimiş ve yıpranmış. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Çakışmalar da kibar ve yardımcıydı. Kalitesini belli eden bir otel.

Vår hotellrum var rent och rummet var stort och fint. Det vi var väldigt missnöjda med var interneten. Den va väldigt seg och vi sa till receptionen några gånger men det va det enda dom kunde erbjuda tyvärr.

Grand Ankara hôtel is very far from international standards, most employees don’t speak English, you will have to pay each time for meal or drinks( impossible to put on room and pay later) and restaurant is not really nice ( buffet).

Très dessus ne mérite pas 5 étoile le restaurant médiocre le petit déjeuner je déconseille les tarifs au bar change constamment vous prenez un thé lundi c’est 5tl mardi 10tl vous avez une facture seulement si vous demander 1 seul restaurant le Hammam fermé manque de personnel à la piscine mal chauffée le personnel a l’entrée et accueil sont professionnels je conseille le masseur très professionnel j’espère que ma critique sera positif pour l’hôtel

Resepsiyonda olan arkadaşlar biraz daha güleryüzlü olabilir. İlk karşılama olarak berbat durumdalar. Akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptım. Vale aracı karşılamadı,kapı açmadı,çantaya yardım yapılmadı ve sıfır güleryüz. Oda kartı bile alın oda numaranız şu diyerek veriliyor odaya çıkmanız için eşlik etme vs zaten yok. Lüx olarak adlandırılan oda ve sözde otomatik perdeleri çalışmıyor. Duvara takılan kumandalar eskimiş ve bozulmuş. Odada olan saç kurutma makinası ile saçlarınızı 8-9 saat gibi bir sürede anca kurutabilirsiniz. En azından ayrılırken yüzümüze birazda olsa tebessüm eden insanlar vardı. Yakışmadı :(

Very comfortable room and the hotel serves a nice (if always the same) breakfast. Some facilities closed due to COVID unfortunately.
