“The property was secluded, clean and everything we wanted. Host was amazing and got back to us when needed. We came to just get away and it was perfect. No one close to the property. I don’t think we even heard another car while at the house. ”

“The “cottage” was definitely not as advertised. It was rated well, which is very deceiving. It was dirty, dilapidated and the shower was something out of a horror movie. Mold had taken over. Expedia and VRBO should take a good hard look at how they vet their listed properties. But that was the good part. Approximately 11 pm, there was a knock at the front door. There were 3 gangbangers standing there expecting us to let them in. I yelled “occupied” out the door, they mumbled something and left....

“While the house was a little dated we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It provided ample space for our family. The kids enjoyed the games downstairs and running around in the spacious yard. We would rent again if the need arises. ”

“This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊”

“My family and i had a wonderful time at this property! Downstairs game room with the bar was fun and comfortable. Kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need and more! Plenty of seating for sharing meals. Wrap around porch was really nice. Firepit, hot tub with bag game in back yard! We would definitely return for a future stay! Our host, Allison was awesome!”
