“My husband and I took our grandchildren down for the weekend while we were visiting NS and we had an amazing time. The weather wasn’t great but we made s’mores in the wood stove and played board games that were provided and we took a few walks on the boardwalk. We will definitely be going back.”

“One of the best values for a suite we have ever stayed at. We were in the two story Suite D. Absolutely gorgeous! We will be back. Any of the staff we dealt with were amazing. Housekeeping is second to none. The restaurant is also an incredible value and the food and service was excellent. Love, Love, Loved this place!”

“We booked here because they said they have a pool on the booking website and they had a diner on site. The pool has been filled in. So we were bummed we couldn't use it. The diner is seasonal and wasn't open yet they said it doesn't open till June sometime. I wish we had know this we may have stayed somewhere else. But on the plus side the view was gorgeous and the rooms were clean. And the staff was friendly”

“Buffet breakfast was awesome.! Staff were very helpful and tried to solve our problems…#1- heat pump stuck on cool..provided extra blankets #2- unable toget into bed as the mattress was the very high ( I am 5-6) provided a stool and offered to change rooms..which was not practical as we were very tired and ready to sleep! Once I finally got into bed it was very comfortable. I have stayed at The Pines before and have had no problems but this time…I was disappointed”
