“We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while travelling around Crete, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near the coast, with a quaint beach just a short walk away and several restaurants lining the surrounding area. It is also well situated for exploring the many nearby attractions. Despite its convenient location, the area is pleasantly quiet and peaceful.
Our room was fairly basic but clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary...

“A truly fantastic and luxurious stay at Panor Villas!
Our vacation at Panor Villas in Rethymno, Crete was simply perfect. This villa is an absolute gem, and it truly delivered on every single promise.
The villa itself was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was incredibly spacious and well-designed, providing us with a wonderful sense of privacy and comfort. The real highlight for us was the amazing pool. It was the centerpiece of our stay—perfect for cooling off, relaxing,...

“Helpful, friendly staff. Great location. Very clean and spacious. Very fair price.
For someone from the UK, the shower arrangement is unusual with minimal screening - difficult not to soak the bathroom floor.”

“Subject: Request for Compensation – Stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Grecotel Plaza Beach House in Rethymnon, from 6-11 august, during which we booked a “Petit Loft Maisonette” for 5 nights.
Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the standards expected from an establishment of your reputation. Below is a summary of the main issues we encountered:
• First room: extremely noisy, located on a very busy street. It was...
