“This property was amazing! The staff was so kind, the nicest people we have ever come across. The room was gorgeous, we stayed in M1. My favorite thing about this resort compared to surrounding resorts was the colorful cabins / villas on the property. As we are in the carribbean, color is a staple here and Cocobay is not shy to having some color on the resort! There are plenty of flowers and hibiscus to put but hair! Housekeeping was very kind and prompt, they mopped the floors whenever we had...
“Host Robert was brilliant, from sorting taxis to suggesting things to do locally. Breakfast was continental, which was fine. Rooms, although basic were clean and tidy with amazing views of English Harbour which was a 10-15min walk. Beds were comfy. Overall a brilliant stay and would definitely stay again..”
“A very intimate and private boutique hotel.....The view and staff are just simply amazing 👏, especially Mitchelle, Jolisa and Krystal. They made our 1st stay so memorable that we did our 2nd stay less than a week ago......Only downside is that there is no pool but beaches are nearby if you have transportation or don't mind a semi-long walk. Management could consider adding jacuzzi's.
Thursday nights are a vibe there. A karaoke, Jazz, Sip & Paint, or a movie night would be a big plus.

“Property staff was exceptional from check-in with Jaheim to a landscaper Danfari assisting with a little thing such as taking me to a pipe to wash sand off my feet. ”
“The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. ”
