“This beach home was a perfect end of summer destination for my husband, two teenage daughters and myself. Host is immediately responsive to texts. A grocery store is only 3 miles down the road and the fully equipped kitchen has everything a family needs. This home is a short walk to the beach and several fun eateries. The neighborhood pool is amazing. Highly recommend daytripping to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, the beach is absolutely stunning!”

“The location in The Plantation is good, and St George Island is a Florida secret destination. The house is very nice, clean and well decorated. The layout described on-line is inaccurate. The house has three stories: First is storage and "stilts" for storm protection; second is four bedrooms with two baths which open into the adjoining BR's and the entry hall, third is kitchen, LR & bathroom/laundry with morning deck and afternoon deck and screen backyard porch with fan. “The property was everything as described. Beach access was right across the road which made things very easy when taking chairs, etc. with us. A jump into the pool after a long day at the beach was so relaxing. The pool was never crowded because there's only six rentals on the property. The instructions given beforehand were very clear so we had no misunderstandings. The only thing I would improve on is the number of bath towels and wash cloths. We were a family of four and there were only two...
