Beautiful place!

We loved the location of this property - we went to the beach every day and had the whole beach to ourselves! Nice place; enjoyed eating out on the deck (when it wasn’t too windy!)

Beach Pines Bungalow is a charming property with good views and light filled rooms in an excellent location near Cannon Beach. The decor is lovely and it is very well equipped and supplied.

Relaxing getaway

We loved this artsy, older home with modern updates. The home is located in a quiet community with peekaboo ocean views and a short walk to the beach. It was a perfect getaway after a busy summer season.

Loved the location. Had the beach to ourselves for campfires and sunsets. The house had spaces for my wife and I and our two teens. Perfect property for one family.

Arch Cape Girl Getaway

Great house, three bedrooms, decorated super cute. Amazing deck with views of the ocean and surf. Short walk to beach. Kitchen well stocked. We all thought it was super nice and would come again.

Arch Cape Stay

We love this home in Arch Cape and have stayed here before! The wood that is provided to have a fire on the beach or in the house is a definite perk. The updated renovations also made a difference - having another bathroom was awesome! It is a gift to be so close to the beach.

Cozy Beach House

A cozy little beach house a block to the beach. The house was tidy, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The only downside is the house is located just off the 101 and there is quite a bit of road noise.

great escape

This home is well taken care of and although it is not luxurious it is very well appointed and has a unique charm. You are on the beach in under 5 minutes and you can walk all the way up to Hug Point. Lots of opportunity to go off leash along the way.

Totally Awesome Week

We love the beach and walked just about every beach from Seaside to Manzanita. And crabbing is within a short distance which was a draw for the men in the family. Hiking is available as are many shopping places...something for everyone. And we loved our deck where we lounged after all our walking. A win, win vacation!!!

Comfy home away from home

Beautiful spot, conveniently located near Cannon Beach and many other beaches/coastal towns. Generally felt nice and clean, though many dishes in cupboard needed washing before use (no big thing, plus I know I’m picky). My kids, partner and I had so much fun playing foosball, UNO, and watching movies around beach time. Grilled outside on our last night. Good sized space for us and our 4 kids. Fun CD and book collection!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 2nd family reunion we held in the same house, Beach Pines Bungalow. Starfish Rentals makes the reservation process easy, and they are wonderfully responsive to all our questions. Due to their recommendations we had a lunch we'll always remember in Cannnon Beach, and we ADORE the house we stay in!

Great Beach Access

Just a short walk to get to the big beautiful beach, allowing us to easily walk 3-4 miles! A bit chilly for us to swim but we loved the access and also the beautiful view from the kitchen and deck. The house was comfortable but just note that the bedrooms are very close together and the bonus room was a bit stuffy. We enjoyed our stay, easy drive to Manzanita or Cannon Beach restaurants and stores. When we had a problem with the keypad on the door, David helped us out within hours!

Arch Cape (Cannon light)

Lovely home with easy everything. Easy short walk to walk the beach. Good communication. Make sure you have your door entry code before you get there with spotty cell coverage. Only drawback was a little noise from 101 (only noticed early morning hours) but not a huge issue for us.

The perfect spot

I stayed at the cottage with my husband and 2 boys (13 and 16) and it was perfect. The location was great; I loved that you could see the ocean from several windows in the house. The walk to the beach was fun and easy. We particularly enjoyed the entrance to the beach that was the next one farther north since it was like a tunnel in the trees. We appreciated the quietness of this area and seeing fewer people on the beach as compared to Cannon. The entire coastal area was so much fun to explore and we loved it both rain and shine. Don't leave without visiting Oswald State Park. The staff at Avant Stay was wonderful to work with, very friendly people.

WOW!!! Very nice home with easy access to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

VERY nice. The home is well appointed with any item one might need. The one suggestion would be to inform in your info about the home that the third bedroom is up a steep flight of stairs. ****Note: the outdoor deck fire pit was not working.****
