Amazing Deal, Charming Townhouse! 99/night!

  • This beautiful 1100 sq ft townhouse is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in a quite neighborhood, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville or the Smokey Mountains. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and both have queen size beds (linens are included). With all the amenities of home, you're sure to enjoy all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. Also, it is located just minutes from the dining and shopping center Biltmore Park Town Square!

    The house has two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, a full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen with all the kitchen ware that you need to cook a full meal! A washer, dryer, and laundry supplies are included. The back deck is a great place to sit and relax while using the grill!

Quiet neighborhood

Short fast drive to Biltmore with lots of grocery shopping and restaurants along the way. I’d stay there again

Mini-vacation

First time in Asheville. We visited the amazing Biltmore and other places. The property was perfect for us. It has everything you need and is close to most attractions in the area.

Very nice and comfortable house!

My family and I had an amazing time! The house is in a great location and has everything you need. You don’t need to buy or bring any additional stuff like cleaning products or trash bags or a dish sponge - very convenient.

Perfect for Family in Town

My family was coming in town to visit for the holidays and needed somewhere to stay. I wanted to make sure the property was up to my standards for them to stay in. I was pleasantly surprised that the host allowed me to visit the property before making the final payment. This place is nice, clean, and the best deal in town! I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Asheville and looking for an affordable place to stay.

Best of the Best

We had a wonderful week at Renee & David’s townhouse. This is the cleanest, most well-appointed rental that I have encountered. We truly needed for nothing at this extremely comfortable house. The location was perfect for sightseeing in and around Asheville. When I had a question, Renee responded immediately. When we return to Asheville, this will definitely be our choice for accommodations!

Beautiful place with a great location

This place was very comfortable and Renee was super accommodating. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the backyard was a nice chill spot. It was close to everything we needed. Grocery stores and places to eat were all just a short drive away. National parks are about 30 minutes away which was super convenient and skiing was about an hour drive to Cataloochee. The only thing we didn't expect were the beds being as hard as they were, but they still provided a comfortable sleep. Definitely would stay here again!

Asheville Trip

My best friend and I wanted to meet up in Asheville together for the first time. This was the perfct place for us. Within 20 mins of literally everything we wanted to do like downtown, kayaking, hiking and getting a few groceries. Very clean, very comfortable, stocked with utensils. Communication was on point. Renter let us know the check in information right before we got there and wished us safe travels on our way out. Would recommend this to anyone who just needs an easy place to stay at :)

A breath of fresh air

Our host Renee was the best, upon arrival she communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. Our lodging accommodations were amazing for our family and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our baby/family moon vacation, as we celebrated our last family vacation together before our new baby arrives in August. The townhouse was beautiful, quaint, quiet, spacious, very clean, warm, and made us feel right at home away from home. We will definitely be back in the near future if time allows. God bless Ms. Renee and all her future endeavors.
