Property had what we needed for our stay. Lots of room for our grandson to run around and do an Easter egg hunt. Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. We used the guest bath as the Master shower was open air which lead to being cold. Rain shower didn’t operate well and needs to be cleaned. Bedrooms are spacious. A bit further to downtown than the “minutes” it says in the description. Owners were good about text communication and making sure we were good during our stay.

We spent a lovely 4 days over Christmas. The house is well appointed and had enough amenities to cook a Christmas dinner. The hot tub was a hit and there’s definitely Mountain View’s despite what another reviewer said. An improvement would be the addition of a pack n play as we had to source our own. We knew this before booking so not a criticism. All in all a great stay.

We had a great time at Riverside Ranch. Three people from our family flew in and this place was close to the airport. Our 3 boys enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed the fire pit. There was a nice big yard to throw our football and to play cornhole. We were there over Thanksgiving and the 6 of us were able to gather around the nice big dining room table. There are lots of board games. We played several of those. We will definitely return.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed this very much. It is certainly close enough to downtown but the drive does get old if you are wanting to spend all your time in Asheville itself. But for ubering from the airport- this location could not be beat! Plane noise in the house was not bad at all.

A nice place to stay if you don't plan on cooking. The home was nice and clean, with the exception of the oven and grill, which were pretty gross. Most of the non-stick cookware is badly chipping. We had purchased groceries that ended up being a waste because we were icked out to use the grill (even after my husband spent quite a long time cleaning).We also found the home too cold. We had to regularly adjust the thermostat because it kept reverting back to the programmed temp.Other than those issues, the home was well appointed and in a quiet area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family trip

Very comfortable home and good location. We went to Asheville for a family birthday and went to Sierra Nevada Brewery. This home is a great location to get to the brewery. Our only complaint was the proximity to the airport and plane noise. The airport isn’t that busy, but you can definitely hear the planes.

Beautiful Home close to town

This fit our family group of 6 with room to spare. Clean, nicely decorated, and all the basic necessities provided. Easy 20 minute drive to Downtown and the Biltmore House.

Came into Asheville for a sports tournament for our daughter found the house and property everything that we expected very convenient to everything around Asheville and very comfortable when you get back to the home and looking for peace and quiet .

Mountain Retreat

I was celebrating my 40th with a few girlfriends and we chose to stay here as it was a little more private than downtown Asheville. It was very easy to drive to downtown for shopping and food, however, if you are planning to take an Uber, it is challenging to get someone to pick up at this location. The house was very nice and had all cooking items you might need. The front porch and back deck had plenty of seats to enjoy the outdoors. The neighbor's dog would frequently come by (which was fine with us), but if you're not a dog lover, just be aware. Lots of wildlife nearby and the house was generally clean -- some minor things were not as clean, but nothing terrible. Check in and check out was very easy. This house is 1 mile from the airport but plane noise wasn't bad. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores very near by. We had a great time overall and if you have a small, quiet group, I'd recommend this spot.

Little piece of heaven

There were 4 of us who stayed here for a girls weekend. The house was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times and she was very responsive. The house has everything you could want in a rental. The location is centrally located to Asheville, the Biltmore, hiking, waterfalls and scenic drives. It is near the airport but the planes didnt bother is in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

Location close to the airport and an easy drive to local attractions. The house has lots of room and is a comfortable place to use as home base when exploring the Asheville area. The hosts are extremely quick to respond and very helpful.

The perfect Getaway!!

Loved everything about this place! 5 star forsure! So sorry we didn’t follow the book upon check-out… our fault. We never read the book in the house, as directed. Only saw it at check-out and we were running a little bit late. Thought closer to check-out would be more preferable. Thank you for such a lovely home. It was everything the description described.

Picturesque location outside the city

The property is gorgeous and huge. If you’re looking to stay outside the city and have space to spread out, I would highly recommend. It’s about 20-25 minutes to Asheville and right next to the airport.

Very nice getaway.

My son and his wife came in from Germany. We all met at this property for a long weekend with one grandchild in tow. This house was a great size for 6 adults and one child. Everyone was happy with this house and it was as advertised and better. We loved the Kan Jam game.
