"Good"

"This was my third time staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my previous visits—and that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy myself this time around—but the staff seems to be either working under excessive stress or something else is going on, because they aren't pleasant at all. I don't mean to imply that *everyone* was like this, but at the pool bar—quite apart from the fact that the line to get a drink is incredibly long—the gentleman who served us was not pleasant in the slightest. And in the hotel lobby, at the ice cream shop, the attendant couldn't even bring herself to make eye contact or say good morning."

"La hab en buenas condiciones pero el Colchón del sofá cama en malas condiciones no dieron sábana para ese colchón ni almohada solo dos toallas y éramos Tres personas no entró el Personal a sacar la Basura ni a cambiar las toallas "
