“My Mom and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. It is a quick walk to the beach and St Armand’s circle so you can park your car and walk everywhere. The owners do a great job keeping the locations clean and adding small amenities to make your trip nicer. It’s a great location for 2 people to enjoy the beach, but would be cramped if you had anymore.”

“This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!”

“We loved this property and location! Quiet area. Walking distance to beach and Coco’s Crush Bar and Grill. The property was decorated nicely in beach decor. We loved the pool, grill, beach chairs/buggy, washer/dryer. Short drive to Clearwater, John’s Pass and St Pete. We had a great time! ”

“This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. ”
