“The property is located in a private secure development. Check in and out is easy at the property. There is some online screening, nothing material. The VRBO pictures of the property are true and correct. The house is well stocked. The quaility of sheets, towels, and other accessories is good. No material negative comments. The plunge pool needs to be vacuumed, stones on the botoom. I would stay in the property again.”

“We just wrapped up an amazing 5 day stay at the Scottsdale Villa. The property is as advertised and more. The landscaping around the home gives you great privacy while giving you a scenic view at the same time. The home is spacious and well appointed. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and then some. We spent most of our days out on the back patio and in the pool. The kids absolutely loved it. The amount of wild life you could see out in the back yard was incredible...

“Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.”

“The property is very much as listed. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Property management was very good and easy to deal with the entire time. It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I”
