“A group of us stayed here during a soccer tournament. The house worked out perfectly for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, lots of activities for the teenage boys to do at the house, and it was in a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths. There were parts of the house that had some deferred maintenance, such as some damage to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and a rubber piece of the refrigerator hanging down, but none of that impacted our stay negatively....

“Property not in good condition. Outside feels dilapidated. Weeds growing in the yard and no landscaping. Big cracks in the flooring of the patios. Cigarette butts lying around. Rotting wood in the underside of patio roof structures.Guest bedroom inside has old blinds that are warped and don’t fully close.Guest bathroom very old; tub doesn’t work; seal/calking around tub very dirty and old grey-brown, looks grungy.Toilet old and very low to the floor, difficult to get up from.Water temperature...
