“We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay a additional $180 to use the pool and hot tub. Probably go back to the many wonderful resorts where pool use is included. There were many added perks to this hone rental. Back yard is not for children or pets as there is a dangerous drop off unprotected in yard.”

“We had a corporate event for 18 people. We had 11 at this house. We had a small kitchen plumbing problem that was taken care of immediately. Held our business meetings on the back patio. Amazing facility, will rent again!”

“A group of us stayed here during a soccer tournament. The house worked out perfectly for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, lots of activities for the teenage boys to do at the house, and it was in a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths. There were parts of the house that had some deferred maintenance, such as some damage to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms and a rubber piece of the refrigerator hanging down, but none of that impacted our stay negatively....

“The space is very spacious and works great for a large group. The pool house is a lot of fun, and the side yard is a nice bonus. It would be especially great for large families or groups with children, as there are a ton of beds in one shared space with a TV — perfect for kids to hang out together.Unfortunately, the hot tub would not heat up during our stay, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it has great potential for big groups, but a few improvements would make the experience much...

“It was perfect for our girls trip and loved the details of the q-tips and cotton balls in the bathroom, all the options for heating water for tea and the different coffee options. The only down side was we thought there was a working hot tub, but wasn’t heated for the winter so that was a little disappointment. Host was great to respond when we had a question. Enjoyed the patio area and sitting out there reading or visiting with our coffee in the mornings. Lots of good eating options close by...
