“Although the Baker did not fully live up to our expectations, it has the potential to be a standout property given its unique character and excellent location. Greater attention to detail would go a long way, from overall cleanliness and the quality of the towels and pillows to the addition of at least one comfortable sitting chair in each suite. These are relatively straightforward improvements that could noticeably elevate the guest experience. Given that Little Rock has a noticeable gap in...

“This was the cutest! Everything was very clean and organized effectively for the small space. Even some baby birds on the porch to greet us!”

“I was surprised by the musty smell the second we walked in the door. When I asked the host, his only response was "it was cleaned at 1 today". The can of Febreeze on the kitchen counter did help and suggests a known problem. (Others usually notice musty smells long before I do.)The description of the front porch was technically correct, but read it carefully. I had been looking forward to the hammock but it was not a place I wanted to lay my head. When we returned the next day there were many...

“Great place!!! Perfect and cozy!”

“I stayed 4 nights, the place was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The host, Laura, was very kind and helpful when I needed anything. The parking situation was confusing at first, but I was able to get that figured out. Absolutely recommend staying here. It is very close to parks and other activities. Thank you Laura for being such an amazing host!”

“I loved the Drop Inn. The proximity to the trail is unmatched. I hopped on my bike in the morning, dropped in on the trail, and spent hours riding. It's also only minutes from downtown Bentonville, either by bike or by car. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful. Exactly what I'd hoped for. I was by myself, but there is plenty of room for two. I'll be back for sure!”

“Convenient location and the space was new, clean and inviting. Has everything you need for a short stay.”

“Vintage charm is how they describe themselves and I think that is a spot on description! We loved being able to log into our streaming services while also feeling like we were in our own tucked away cabin. Thank you for a great stay!”

“One of our best VRBO experiences ever. No extra steps or cleaning required for checkout, so many extra amenities provided, and the best property! Loved the walk around deck, the seating with a view, the hot tub, the records & record player & all in town with walkable access. We’ve stayed in Eureka Springs so many times before & this is a true hidden gem. We arrived to fresh roses & a bottle of Prosecco & the most appointed kitchen I’ve ever seen. We were geeking out over the 3 different coffee...

“Had a relaxing stay. Husband is from a farm so was happy for the chickens and sheep. Had covered parking which was nice cuz of the texas heat. Had a small problem with the lock but Cynthia was quick to come over and resolve it. Bed was comfortable and a/c was wonderful ”

“Everything about our stay was perfect! The listing undersold the space’s tranquility, coziness, and use of space. I felt like we could have stayed forever! It was also in very close proximity to great restaurants (we enjoyed Flashback Pizza and Ozark Mountain Bagel). Jess was a superb host, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and then some). If you’re on the fence, just book it — you won’t be disappointed!”

“Our expectations were exceeded. Paul and Kristy are very friendly and welcoming, and the property is clean, spacious, and perfect for a quiet weekend away.”

“Lovely, clean, well furnished small home in the heart of Bentonville, convenient to Crystal Bridges, restaurants, walking/biking trails. Driveway parking with extra space for guests, walking distance to old downtown square and Walmart museum. Backyard with giant chess, pergola with generous seating, fire pit and wood. Bike garage that locks and bike trail maps. Highly recommend to bikers or museum fans like us!”

“Property itself was great and matched the pictures! Cleanliness and amenities were outstanding. However the check in process was rough due to miscommunication. After we cleared up the miscommunication our stay was wonderful!”
