“Beautiful, spacious home with amazing lake views! My family truly enjoyed our stay at Pittman Rock. The house was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make all meals, which was a plus considering not too many places DoorDash to the area. The only downside, in my opinion, is the steep driveway and gravel road leading to/from the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”

“First off, Sarah was a phenomenal hostess. It’s great when you have any host that cares. She definitely wanted to ensure her guests were comfortable. Second, the house was nice a cozy. The master bed was very comfortable. Some window treatments in the two guest bedrooms would be great to ward off morning sun, but the kids didn’t mind. You’ll be with kayaking distance of Duncan Bridge but nestled in a nice little cover with plenty of water toys. Highly recommend for a convenient getaway!!”

“The house was immaculately clean. Great for large groups. The location on the lake is great because there's minimal stairs and hardly any boat or jet ski traffic because we are in a cove. This was the perfect quiet vacation that our family was looking for. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of places in the house for people to unwind and connect. We will be back!”

“There were a combined 4 families ( some related, some were dear friends) together for my daughter that will be going on a year long military deployment. Excellent property for a large group. “Three different families of kids ages 4-16 and three sets of moms and dads plus Nana who was celebrating a birthday and her 89 year old mom so 4 generations in one house for 4 nights would give some people the heebie jeebies, but we didnt have one argumenr or unkind word. “The cabin was amazing; very clean with everything we needed for our brief stay. A great re-model by the owners. Close to the Sipsey Wilderness/Bankhead National Forest where we enjoyed hiking. We fished off the dock at the cabin and enjoyed the beautiful view of Smith Lake, one of our favorite places to be. Near Chef Troy's Talk of the Town restaurant, very good food and service. Just a suggestion for the owners-you may want to mention the driveway being very steep and rutted. We were in a 4x4...
