“Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.”

“Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

“The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out.”

“I would like to share my experience, as I found this hotel to be significantly overpriced for what it offers. I have stayed in many hotels with better rooms, better service, and more amenities at a much lower cost. First, the room did not include a microwave. Guests are required to go somewhere else in the hotel to use one, which is very inconvenient, especially for families.Second, parking is not included. This should be clearly stated. I specifically chose this hotel expecting on-site parking,...

“Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.”

“The host was attentive and responded to my emails ahead of our visit in a timely manner. He also came to the house during our stay to make sure everything was ok and provided us with more flatware since we had 16 people for Thanksgiving dinner. The house was advertised as being immaculate and it was. There was also sufficient cookware and serving dishes for all the sides we planned for.
