“It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.”

“This is a nice place in a vibrant neighborhood, very close to metro station, mall and big stores like Target. Came here with family of 5. The building is secure and quiet. It was clean and overall we are happy with our stay. Our only issues were 1) the fridge had an awful smell, despite looking clean. The odor was so bad we could not use it, it made us want to gag whenever we opened it and made our drinks smell bad. We bought baking soda the first day and put it in there but it still stunk at...

“The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. ”

The apartment complex is also well maintained with friendly staff. Hope I can get back for Christmas with our son who works in DC!”
