APARTAMENTO EN LA PLAYA FANTÁSTICAS VISTAS
This apartment is located in front of the sea. Next to the doorway of the building there are the stairs which give you access to the beach.From the terrace of the apartment you have one of the best views of the south of Tenerife.
The beach next to the apartment is called “Playa de las vistas” and is one of the few beaches in Tenerife that has light sand.
The apartment is located in the historical center of LOS CRISTIANOS and 12 Kms away from the Tenerife South Airport. LOS CRISTIANOS and its surroundings are the most important tourist center of the Island of TENERIFE. In the area you will find the best shopping centers of the island as well as a great number of services; Restaurants, cafes, banks etc.
A few meters away from the apartment there is a promenade that connects Los Cristianos with Las Americas
The apartment has been renovated in its entirety; It Is modern and functional.
All the rooms of the apartment as well as the living room has exterior windows where you can see the sea from them.
It has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom A has a bed of 1:40 cm. Bedroom B has 3 beds of 90cm (two of them are bunk beds). It also has a spacious living-room with a 40 "HD TV and an outside dining terrace with the most spectacular views you can imagine.The apartment is part of a family-friendly neighborhood and its entrance is closed 24 hours Of the day .
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay (Bath Towels, Bed Linen, Kitchen Utensils, washing machine, etc.
Upon request, a baby's crib & chair will be provided at no additional cost.

Meget meget fin.
Denne bolig var en rigtig god oplevelse, med en god beliggenhed i forhold til at kunne gå rundt til de ting vi ville opleve.
Udsigten over vandet var fantastisk, fås ikke bedre, vi vil helt klart leje igen hvis vi kommer på Tenerife en anden gang.
Udlejeren hr. Francisco var også meget hjælpsom og behagelig at tale med, vi blev også godt modtaget af en ung og meget venlig dame, ved afrejsen blev vi ligeledes meget fint behandlet af en ung mand.

Fantastic Location
Location Location Location....we stayed in this area (Las Vistas) between Los Cristianos and
Las Americas last Feb so we were familiar with the region. This apartment that we stayed in (Nov) is right on Av Habana and is a lovely apartment. The owner Francisco replied quickly to any questions we had and Isabelle who met us on our arrival at the apartment was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The apartment is extremely well equipped and very clean. The view to the sea is great! lovely spot to sit on the balcony for early morning breakfast or very late night cocktail. We would highly recommend this apt and the overall experience was really good......the review comes with one 'but', and that is, it is very difficult to get much sleep between the bottle banks being emptied at 4am, cars blowing horns, very early morning tour buses, locals who like to talk/shout to each other at all hours of the morning, noisy tourists, etc....Windows are single glazed and you hear everything. Ear plugs are a must!...and they only 'help'. era plugs, ear plugs, ear plugs - but the apt and owner and Isabelle are great!

Ottimo appartamento con vista sull'oceano
L'appartamento è molto spazioso e ben tenuto, ci sono due camere da letto spaziose, una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, gli arredi sono nuovi e pulito. La terrazza si affaccia sull'oceano e si gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia e su La Gomera. Televisione anche con canali italiani e wi-fi super veloce. Comodo a tutto, basta attraversare la strada e si è già a la Playa de Las Vistas, sulla strada ci sono locali e ristoranti, supermercati e a pochi metri dal centro di Los Cristianos. Isabel è molto cortese e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa visitare in questa magnifica isola. Da tornarci sicuramente.

Nettes Appartement in super Lage
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem Appartement verbracht und es fehlte uns an nichts.
Der Check- in und - out waren problemlos und wir hatten eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.
Das Appartement liegt direkt am schönen Sandstrand "Playa de las Vistas", nur durch eine Straße und einige Treppen getrennt.
Da die Straße die Hauptverbindung zur Fähre ist, ist es doch recht laut, aber wir haben das überhört und nur das Meeresrauschen genossen.
Etwas mühsam war die tägliche Parkplatzsuche. Freie Parkplätze sind leider Mangelware, aber da kann das Appartement nichts dafür.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!
