“I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

“The host was very welcoming and accommodating. He was available to answer any questions and deal with any issues we had. The property and appliances needs updating. One bedroom had an oder for the whole length of our stay. We had to leave the door open so the smell wouldn't be so strong.One of the bathrooms had small ants so every evening we had to use bug spray to kill them.”

“This property was just as advertised. It was comfortable and inviting. Treston communicated with us to ensure we had everything we needed. If you do not have transport, you do have to walk out to get it, which we did not mind. Otherwise, the place did not disappoint at all. I would stay there again. “ Im the guy that would always see the glass half full and to never complain..This i can't let go without adressing. The master bedroom a/c is not working!!! My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. ”
