“We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was spotless and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet with lovely trails surrounding. We had a short stay and we were not able to take advantage of the kitchen because of prearranged plans in the area but it is a chef’s kitchen with high end appliances and every imaginable thing you would need to cook and serve a delectable meal. “This property was exactly what we needed: charming, very clean, more than one barhroom, comfortable beds and furnishings. Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. MAHALOOh, just a side note, the indoor dining has elevated chairs which i had not noticed in the listing.”

“This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. The patio is very spacious which made it nice for entertaining since we had family near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and they had plenty of extra pillows!
