“Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. ”

“Very cute had everything you needed for long term stay (laundry detergent, pots, pans, toiletries, etc). I liked that there was covered parking and AC. It was on the first floor so there were bugs (can of insect spray quickly fixed the problem) and you could hear upstairs neighbors walking. Property owners were very responsive and called weekly to check in. Would recommend. ”

“I stay in this area a couple times per year and I've had some hit and miss bookings. This property exceeded my expectations. It was sparkling clean. The complex was quiet, and it's just a block from 2nd Street, a great place to stroll, dine, and shop. Although I didn't use the kitchen, it appeared adequately supplied . There is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. There is air conditioning, which is handy in this hot summer weather. My experience was great. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“The location is in the heart of downtown Santa Ana. The area looks recently renovated, and we felt safe walking around. There are many dining options within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The interior is modern and spacious. Wifi is fast. The food court downstairs played music in the evening, but it ended around 9:30 PM, so it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.”
