“The kitchen facilities are very good, with necessary seasonings. Decoration is lovely. The issue with the apartment is that it is indeed a one-bed apartment, there is one bed for a kid only in a walk-in closet (repurposed) which is extremely hot in summer and can hardly be used. Parking is a nightmare and need to search all around the streets. Be particularly careful for street sweeping time; it costs $70 for a ticket. ”

“We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!”

“Studio apt was very well equipped!! Although we didn't use the kitchen much during our short stay, I was impressed with how well it is equipped!!! Instructions on the use of the apt were very clear & appreciated. The only suggestion is to put the outside address # in a place that can be seen from the street.
