“The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.”

We only slept there, but there was a small microwave above the sink, so you could do oatmeal or microwave food, esp if wanting to have breakfast there. Kuerig coffee pot, some pods, and a few creamers...you'd need more if a couple folks don't want black coffee. A nice dorm style fridge for your food from home or leftovers from dinner! “Not the romantic getaway we expected… Pictures shown in the listing did not accurately depict the room we rented. While the room appeared clean it was not in the best of shape. The bathroom had missing hooks, drywall in need of repair and as overall teeny tiny. The towels looked like someone pulled them out of their hall closet. The room itself was tight. The floors were sloped. The door was a basic interior door that didn’t provide a sense of security. The bed did not have a headboard. And...

“Picture of the bedroom was not as depicted in the ad, big gap under door entrance to the room, box spring mattress missing lowering the bed extremely low, shower curtain fell down even before I got a chance to use it should be anchored on both sides. Positives were the hvac was great, the bathroom nice and very easy to access with a code.”
