We advised beforehand that we'd be taking our 1 month old baby and when we arrived, we hadn't been provided any information on what unit it was nor did they provide door codes. Robert (the host) continuously claimed that he didn't get receive our payment for our stay, however we had paid and had a confirmation email directly from Vrbo themselves and that was what we kept telling him.
