“There was no dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker, closet, suitcase rack, dish detergent, or paper towels in our unit. The Cloudbed app did not work at all and Expedia kept telling us that we did not have a reservation. There were clearly some hiccups as this property gets going. I hope that the owners can correct these bugs.”

“My family was looking for a rental close to the beach that could host 4 adults and this was the perfect fit. They especially loved the wraparound deck on the apartment’s second level, which made for a great spot to drink coffee and play cards with the cool beach breeze. Thank you for hosting! ”

“Great location so close to beach! My sisters and I really enjoyed waking to brunch at Turning Point in Pier Village and a really close walk to Rooney’s for dinner, It was cozy, clean. It worked out so well for us we decided we’d be booking again.”

“The building & apt were very clean, well maintained & nicely decorated. Easy access to building & apt. The only issue I had was with parking because the clicker I received would not open the gate to either of the 2 parking lots. The manager did provide me with info on who to call to help with that situation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely make reservations there in the future. ”

“Great location. The host is very attentive. Very cute and clean. Walkable to any directions. Safe area. A lot of dinning options. The size of the apartment is best for 2 people. ”

“Home was clean with all needed supplies plus some were stocked! Beds were comfortable and the home was quiet dispite having a neighbor downstairs. The home was updated and had plenty of entertainment. Parking wasn’t ideal because you have to park all the way to the right of the driveway but not step on the mulch which is right where you get out of the car. ”

“Still a quiet place to recharge after work. OC is gearing up for the summer season as more places open - many are within walking distance from the property. The pool was also being readied for the summer. Enjoy the summer season with many activities nearby.”

“The hosts Benn&Anna were great. From the day we booked it, they were super attentive, communicating everything. The details of the house, the location, the check in. Literally everything. They were extremely nice and helpful. Answered all and any questions. I would totally come back and I’m actually planning on coming back. They are great, make everything extremely easy and they are one call or text away if anything is needed.”

“A great apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of space for six people and fantastic facilities. A spacious kitchen with everything you could wish for in a vacation apartment. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and enough space for suitcases and all your belongings. Two bathrooms that are beautifully furnished and leave nothing to be desired. “It was nice and peaceful and quiet the only thing we didn’t appreciate was there was only one tv other then that it was good the light was out in the shower towels were in the dryer but pleasant stay for the weekend”

“I am going to start with the positive first. The house was located very close to the beach which was nice. There was a parking spot available. I did not hear much noise from the above rental And now for the negative. I have rented probably 50 homes in the past and this one had the least amount of amenities available. There was supposed to be coffee and sugar, which was not there. There was one garbage can in the entire house for six people, not even one in the bathroom. Very little lighting...
