House was clean. Its pretty quiet. Instructions are accurate. Communications are great. Kitchen items, towels, everything seems new. Plenty of rooms and beds for us. BBQ grills are little rusty. Need those changed. But overall great!

Very nice house. Plenty of room for our family of 15

The location was great. beautiful area with horses next door. Very clean and great communications. There was a wasp problem on the deck and this was communicated. That was the only negative. The property manager apologized and promised to address that issue immediately. All else wonderful.

Weekend getaway with the girls

Perfect to get away on the country side but still be close to Asheville. The house was a good size for all 12 of us girls. Very clean and easy process with the manager. Enjoyed it a lot!

Beautiful view, spacious home

This property has an absolutely beautiful view and the house was spacious and comfortable for our family (5 adults and 4 kids) - though it would comfortably fit more people! Camille was very communicative and went out of her way to help with the very few, very minor hiccups. The kids had a blast rolling down the big front yard hill! It’s so close to Asheville. Downtown Weaverville is adorable! Thank you, Cam and Family for sharing your home with us!

Bachelorette party

We had such a good time and were so comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Bathrooms were very spacious for 10 girls to get all pretty-fied up for dinner. Definitely recommend this place. The view was gorgeous! Tenant was very responsive to everything I needed!

Gorgeous home!

We had an amazing time at Camille's home. It has a view that can't be beat while being only a 20 minute drive to our favorite spots in downtown Asheville. Very quiet, clean, and spacious, we would definitely stay here again!

Place and view is magical

This property is awesome and has everything you need. The property is so great that you have to force yourself to leave the house by planning other things. I would recommend this place to any large group going to Asheville. Just make sure you get a rental car👍

Wonderful mountain retreat

We spent a week with 2 families at this wonderful property. The house is probably better than listed! Lots of room, super clean, quiet location and some amazing views of the Blue Ridge mountains. Kids had fun playing pool, foosball and picking from some of the great selection of board games there. Everyone loved the jacuzzi!! Great, spacious dining table where we had lots of long, fun chats and games. Cam was an amazing host, being super receptive to questions and very quickly resolving two minor issues. We look forward to hopefully getting back to this house in the future.

Extended family vacation

The very best part of the home was the view....absolutely beautiful...especially watching the horses in the field from the large front windows. The house had two nice size rooms for gathering in. Plenty of eating space and chairs too. Although the house was supposed to be able to accommodate 22 people there were not enough towels even for our 18. We found ourselves constantly washing towels so that we would have enough for all of us. Also the pull out couches were not comfortable even for children, even with the foam that was provided. Bathroom space was tricky with having 18 people, especially with one of the bathrooms being attached to the master bedroom. Overall it was a very good experience.

We had a great visit!

The house is very secluded and away from it all. It's about a 20 - 30 min drive to Asheville. We loved walking downtown Asheville! The pinball museum was so much fun! This rental does have a lot of rules so it took all of us to help each other keep up with check out instructions and rules around the house. A bit more than other rentals we've been at but just a matter of talking about them ahead of time with the group and making sure we all were aware and helped each other remember. The no shoes rule is actually not such a bad thing since the thought of really clean carpets was nice. And the carpets were really clean! The kitchen was great for cooking our large family meals. We did not spend much time outside but the view from the large windows was amazing! We had fun watching the horses on the field. All in all, it's a very comfortable and spacious home. Communication with Camille was great and we definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful view

The house was in a great location, about 20 minutes from Asheville. The view of the mountains was beautiful to watch with morning coffee. The house was clean and more than big enough for our party if 10, but it dated and needs updating. There are a lot of rules that go with this rental, including a No shoe policy in the house. This was difficult for two of the older guests in the house who have foot problems and are more comfortable in shoes.

Mountain getaway for guys trip

We had an amazing time booking this spacious property about 30 min northeast of Asheville. We had 9 friends get together and it was well located to rafting on the French Broad River, hiking in the mountains, and still close to all of the amazing breweries in downtown Asheville. House had a little wear and tear but had plenty of space and you couldn’t beat the views from the front door and deck. Camille was very responsive and helpful throughout.

Absolutely amazing

We stayed at Holcombe for a week with our two small children and four of our friends. This house was perfect for us. We were away from the city and tucked away in what felt like a private oasis, but close enough to go on several adventures each day. The horses across the street were so peaceful to watch and one day there were a bunch of cows behind the horses, too. The hot tub was a bit too hot for the hot weather we got in August, but it was clean and in working order. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with. We hope to return in the future!

Nature at its best property

If you're nature lover and you want to enjoy nature at its best, this property will give you what you are looking for... We were lucky enough to have the visit of friendly bear on our way to property. I highly recommend this property, if you really want to spend some good time with your friends and family.

Great Place to Bond w/ Family

One could not ask for a more beautiful view. We started out with 21 people and had plenty of room for all. Could there be updates? Yes, but were they necessary for enjoyment? No. We spent much time on the porch and in the very large kitchen getting reacquainted after Covid. Would highly recommend.

Nice house with a beautiful view

The house is much bigger than the pics show. View is amazing. Very spacious with a large kitchen to accommodate several people. Stocked with the necessities which is helpful, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Property owner VERY responsive and helpful. Would book again.
