This apartment was perfect for our trip- two leisurely nights in Asheville for friends traveling to KY. The property was excellently appointed with everything one could need. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Conveniently close to downtown and popular grocery stores. We even saw a fabulous Shakespeare play in the nearby Montford park.We highly recommend this property! Thank you for hosting!

Everything was clean and the kitchenette was enough for the meals that I was having during my stay. The air conditioners kept things cool but they were loud (to me) so it made sleeping difficult for me. If you’re used to white noise, it probably wouldn’t be an issue.

We spent a long weekend in Asheville, and this property was a great fit for our stay. It’s conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do, yet far enough from downtown to avoid the traffic and crowds.We planned to eat most of our meals out, so not having a kitchen wasn't an issue for us. The only feature we missed was a freezer for ice. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day.If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring Asheville, this is an excellent choice.

Beautiful apartment that is a 15 minute walk (4 minute drive) from downtown Asheville. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets and towels. The second bedroom is down the hall so there would be privacy if it was used. The host has been helpful and extremely responsive. I couldn't have asked for more.

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! The check-in process was very easy and we had everything we needed for the weekend, including a quiet location and HUGE bedrooms! Perfect spot to relax with friends; I will definitely check this out for future Asheville visits!

The entire bottom floor of the house was accessible by a separate entrance. Nicely furnished, with 2 kings beds in separate bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. Small wet bar area works great for coffee in the mornings and snacks in the mini fridge. Not a full kitchen, but coffee maker, sink and microwave handled most of the basics. Recommend to the host to add one or two more comfortable chairs to sit down and rest after a long day of adventures in Asheville! There’s plenty of space, but if the couch is being used as a bed, that left only one chair (besides the bar stools). Overall great experience. The few small issues were addressed right away when we contacted the host.

Clean, quick and easy check in and check out! Provided fresh linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash! We didn’t even have to strip beds or take out trash for checking out (just place trash in trash cans)! Host was friendly, attentive, and quick to reply!

Enjoyed two days in Asheville

The location of this apartment is idea if you want to explore downtown Asheville. The place is also close to the university of Asheville. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our two nights stay for a concert /toured around the area.

Great spot close to downtown

Great spot with three sleeping options in close proximity to downtown. Clean and cozy with off street parking for two cars. No kitchen, but we were planning to eat out each night, and that situation is identified in the description. Would stay again.

I was in Asheville on business. This property is conveniently located near downtown and the arts district without the associated noise and parking issues. Very reasonably priced compared to downtown hotels.

It looks like the pictures. Lots of space for a family. 3 televisions and bedrooms are private. This is a basement apartment. Someone lives above, and they make a lot of noise.

Asheville

The property is close to grocery and fast food restaurants. It’s convenient to Asheville attractions. The interior is very nicely updated and decorated. It’s perfect for 1-2 people. For more than 2, additional seating would be nice. Parking just outside the unit was a definite perk!
