Beautiful home with great space for the girls trip. Loved the location close to all the activities we had on our trip list to include Biltmore, shopping, UTV moutain trails, hiking, dog walk park...total of 22 miles added to our steps for the week. The backyard was very peaceful and serene for the evening of relaxing and very private. The owner was a 5 ensuring our stay was to our expectations and available if we needed him, which we did not had no issues everything was as described. The game room and theater room was very nice for added fun. We will tag this home for our next trip to Ashland a real hidden gem.

Great Bonus Rooms!

I brought a group of high schoolers to Asheville to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. They enjoyed the fire pit and the bonus rooms in the basement after a hard day of work. The location was also convenient to grocery shopping.

Wonderful home - great for kids!

The home was nice and clean. Tons of indoor activities for kids as well as a great outdoor space for them to explore. The firepit was a hit and it was nice and close to grocery stores and downtown Asheville. Highly recommend!

Must Stay

This property is exactly as pictured. This is great! The games worked. I've rented other locations with pictured games that do not work. It was super clean. The backyard view is incredible. I had a question, and they answered it immediately while we were there. If I ever visit Asheville again, I would definitely pick this location. We were looking for a location close to action, but quiet at night.

40th bday

Celebrated a 40th bday with friends. House was great. The game room and hot tub made for a very enjoyable stay. Location was perfect as it was just a 15 min drive to downtown, and convenient to hiking trails as well. Brandon was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful with suggestions on where to eat, drink, and hike. He even had umbrellas delivered to the house when the weather looked like rain. Everyone had a blast.

Great for large families!

We LOVED this house! Our large family - 2 grandparents, 2 adults, 3 teenagers, and 5 younger kids - stayed here for a week. PROS: - The space. It was so large. Whatever size you think it is online, think bigger. There were four separate areas with couches (main room, sun room, a couch by the games, and the movie room). The master suite was very large as well. It's really nice when there are separate spaces for people to gather. - Game room. The games were amazing. My kids played skeeball, pool, ping pong, and video games nonstop. And it worked out great because that was downstairs and the adults could visit (in peace) upstairs. The teenagers loved the movie room and blared the Taylor Swift movie. Haha! They also enjoyed the hot tub. - Location. Loved the location. It was a quiet neighborhood and right around the corner (5 minutes?) from a grocery store. We could access downtown in 15 ish minutes and went on multiple hikes that were around 1 hour away. CONS I hate to say anything negative because we loved it so much. But I would say the biggest downside was the amount of seating for dinner. It worked out fine because we used the patio (which had a great table!), but it would've been hard to eat all at once inside. If this is important to you, I just wanted to give a heads up. OVERALL: I would highly recommend this place. We rent houses 2-3 times a year, and this is by far one of the better places we've stayed!

Awesome house and property manager!!

Our group of 16 had a great stay at this property. There were plenty of games to keep us entertained, and it was the perfect set up for our group of friends this New Years weekend. Brandon was very quick to respond, and we appreciate the effort he puts into keeping this property well kept. Would definitely book again!

Asheville’s Nicest Stay!

This house was amazing! The games, the movie theater, the rooms, bathrooms, everything was incredible! The cleanliness of this house was also spot on! The location just 15 minutes from Asheville made it so easy for us! Would highly recommend and we hope to stay there again soon!

Amazing house for a big group

We stayed at this house with 3 families with children of different ages. There was plenty of room and it was enough for all of us. Everything was as shown in the picture. Clean and cozy. People of every age found some fun activity for themselves. Especially the adult championship in ping pong =) Communication with the host was great. We had a minor issue that was fixed within 2 hours. Plus we were planning to do a lot of barbeque and asked the owner to refill a gas tank before we checked in. He took care of it and put an extra gas tank. We had a great experience and definitely consider this property for our next stay in Ashville.
